Pelicans vs Thunder: Free NBA Picks and Predictions

New Orleans is still dealing with a few injuries as they head into their game tonight. Will they the Thunder have a Thanksgiving hangover within their matchup on Friday?
Injuries have played a massive part in the way this season has been played by the Pelicans. Being Zion Williamson was demanding but every important player on this roster has missed this year to time and at the Western Conference, that is practically a death sentence.
Tonight will not be any different. Williamson will be for a couple weeks and is always sill outside and illnesses and the injuries dont stop there.
Lonzo Ball has ruled out tonight due to a stomach virus he has been dealing with for the last couple of days. Derrick Favors is set to miss another game due to personal reasons, therefore once again the Pelicans will be sparse at point guard and center.
Those are. OKC has amazed me some this year and they are very strong in the positions the Pelicans will probably likely be feeble at tonight.
Although Chris Paul is as solid as ever even shai Gilgeous-Alexander has a huge season and might be in the running for most advanced player. Add in Steven Adams and Nerlens Noels Mixture and the Thunder possess tonight to some advantages.
I have my eyes.
Both of these teams are night and day when they are playing in comparison to over the road and I think we have to exploit that with the Thunder being undervalued here. The Pelicans are one of the worst street defenses from the NBA and without Ball and Favors tonight, so that is two of their finest defenders not on the courtroom.
It gets much worse in the first halves of their road games. New Orleans is giving up 119.3 points per 100 possessions in the first parts of their street games, while scoring 104.1. These rank them 17th and 28th respectfully in those classes.
The Thunder in your home are on the opposite end of the spectrum. OKC is currently also posting a first-half defensive performance of 100, that is seventh-best from the league among dwelling teams. Their crime has been cool at home, particularly in halves.
The Thunder are one of a small number of teams that rank in both offensive and defensive performance in the first halves of their home games in the top 10. Considering how awful that the Pelicans have been on the road, and the fact theyre missing two starters nevertheless, I am backing the Thunder at the first half of the one.
My Choose: Thunder 1st Half -2
